HP 500 carb. jetting

Can someone please explain the reason for the irregular jetting in the Holley 80466-800cfm carb?
Primary: Port-81, Star.75
Sec: Port-89, Star. 93

Mine is staggered also. Been told mainly because of the dual plane intake.

1.they are all staggered...2..it's a single plane intake...and the way they have it jetted works very well....to sum it up quick...drivablity.
