502 RH vs LH

What is different with the 502 left hand rotation vs. the right hand rotation. Besides the cam, is the crank any different??
What about the rear main?? Can a left hand be changed to a right and a right to a left??

I have never seen a opposite rotation 502. I would think that they make a one piece rear main seal for the crank. It must be made for an opposite rotation engine. I don't know if the gear drive (that must be used instead of the timing chain and sprockets) will fit a new Gen V or VI block either. The pistons may have to be swapped from side to side to get the pin offset correct too.
It might be hard to find some of these answers, good luck!

I've seen them on a wellcraft cruiser, I'm not sure if they were Gen V engines though.
Rear main seal (yellow, I think), gear driven cam, cam, circulation water pump. I dont know if they turn the pistons around though. Crank, block, heads, and internals are the same.
