I have been through this and have even had a motor fall over while underway:eek: :eek: :eek: (thought my motor blew up).
The only fix that worked for me was to replace them with offshore mounts like they should of been in the first place:(
Sorry I know its not the answer you want but the only one I found. If you don't do this make sure you check them after every run.
