Default 2001 HP500EFI valve springs

I am at about 200 hours and would like to replace the springs, do a leak down and any other tasks. What are the recomended springs (brand, #) and what other issues should I be looking at??

ISKY's are the best ,get their plus series tool steel thay will last for ever ,I think part number is 8005plus,,,in stock at 704-574-4020 cheap ,but your right on changeing them check the gold rockers also or best replace with comp stainless or pro rockers ,
