Have bought and done complete installs of the product, albeit not in 3-4 years. Call them or e-mail them..great product, excellent people. Their website is good for the #'s and e-mail adresses of their key people. Joe Dydasco sales (spoke to him via e-mail 4-5 months ago)...Ken in tech. very helpful, knowledgable about every aspect of the product, and will troubleshoot you over the phone (within reason) If you own a system and need parts, Joe will give you a pretty good discount direct. ;) If your going to own the boat for awhile and don't have them...get the installation/troubleshoot guide and the schematic, very complete. The first system I put in from scratch with no previous exposure to the product, has worked flawlessly from day 1 seven years ago. After calibrating the meter head on a couple of tanks of fuel....whizbang!...I'm within 1.5 gallons on a hundred! Have been for years! ( I cal'd it over 1.5, if the totalizer says I've burned 100 gals....I will be putting 98-99 gals in it to fill it again....every time) That's no chit!! Make sure there is a inline fuel filter (I use a napa 3033?) 3/8 metal canister inline just before each sender as a piece of aluminum schrapnel from the tank will jam a sender rotor (no signal) but a jammed rotor will not effect flow to the engine! If I remember correctly the "prefilter" has to be a certian distance min. ahead of the flow sensor for best accuracy. (read: smoothest flow thru the sensor). The "air traps" (I have them in my personal system) are said to further tighten accuracy also! Now may be a good time for a Flo-Scan systen tune up!
