Well about 22 years ago, my wife about ripped off my head, and pooped in my neck for putting a pair of valve covers in the oven to assist the wrinkle finish paint curing process (but it worked bitshin).... Funny thing tho, the next several dinners that were made in the oven kinda tasted like.... Valve Covers...lol I think I was lucky she didn't stick the valve covers up the opposite end from the one she ripped off and left a deposit in.... lol Now, about every 3 years I let her catch me sneaking into the kitchen with parts in my hands heading towards the oven just to keep her on her toes... heh heh heh

I'm with Archie1, Finding the pistons in the oven and the wristpins in the freezer was no problem. Finding that I had drained the oil into the turkey basting pan was major. (in my defense, it was the only thing that fit into that space.)

How about this one?

Heat the balancer to about 250 before installing it.

Put the fries in there just for kicks :p :p :p

I've been wondering how to clean those!!!:D

I'm single, so the only person that could say anything is the housekeeper -- and she has seen MUCH STRANGER in this house!

Guns clean up well in the dishwasher. Makes it tough for the wife to shoot you if she finds them.

I absolutely love it, this was the best post. Never really tried to pull the dishwasher off, and I will never be allowed to cure paint in the oven again.

All her baking kinda tasted like paint smell, LOL.

I told the wife I was cooking dinner-

I heated a flywheel ring gear in the oven at 425- it slipped on the flywheel great, and I even remembered to put it on the back since I have bellhousing mounted starters...

I then took her to Outback with the money I saved instead of buying a whole flywheel (well that's my story and I'm stickin' to it)
