Hey Rambunctious - Nice to hear from you, glad your project is going ahead. Yes, I think about those damn lawyers all the time. My legal fees to file the full patent are probably going to eat up any profit I make this year.
I finally found several good suppliers/manufacturers and they are working out. The key guy has a large tool and die shop and shouldn't even by interested in my small job, but the high performance angle caught his attention and he has saved me from making some mistakes. Every engineer/designer should have to work in production and maintenance before they are allowed to design anything! You know what I'm talking about.
sutphen30 - If I showed you any more pictures of the inlet tube, especially the discharge end, I'd have to kill you! Seriously though, the compressor discharge plenum is the subject of the patent application and won't become public until my full application is filed. If you're really interested give me call at (416) 709-8714.
Hi Marty - The water is double pass. I didn't want to come out the other side because that's where the Vortech billet flame arrester sits. But a person could drill and tap the other water tank if they wanted single pass. I made the end walls 1/2" thick to allow almost any placement of the water fittings.

Marty, I'll start working on the EFI design soon, once I get the carb system moving. Give me a call at (416) 709-8714, if you want to work with me on this. I know what needs to be done but I need a guinea pig for this application!
