Don't take one apart! It'll only make you wonder how in the hell they charge so much for no more than what they are. ;)

Been thinking of making a couple out of S/S. Plan is to copy the design of my Merc ones, but installing an adjustable screw contacting the spring thru the top cap, to make the pressure adjustable. Actually, could just make a new cap with the provisions for the screw and a seal for the threads and use the body of the Merc valve. Have lots of ideas/just need to follow thru with all of them. ;)
