Default procharger warranty

Has any one had any experience with procharger and their warranty. My M3SC just fell apart after 20hrs of use. I have had them for 1 year and 5 months from the date that the engine builder received the and they are telling me that I over tightened the belt that is why the main shaft snapped of and I had to pay to get it repaired.
This is after it has been there for over a week before they would even acknowledge that they had received it

I have a m4 & I do not tighten it up as tight as their manual says. How tight did you have the belt?

When I called them, the told me to crank down on the pulley tension, that it should actually be tighter than what the manual says. After 3 years I haven't had any problems with the Procharger. If they say it broke due to the tension, I feel that they should cover it. They are the ones who boast aircraft technology.
