Thumbs up Houston Prop ,Thanks Darin

Got my prop back last week and was impressed
by the 3-4 mph increase in the mid range rpms,
much better plane time, and a extra mph in the top
speed, the increased lift has improved the ride too
thanks again.

Those are the exta improvements I am looking for when I send our props in for lab work to Houston.

What boat and prop(s) did you have this work done on.

Default rv question on prop

RV > Top DJ sent a Laser Two in for repair and Labbing ,His prop was very thick and the cupping was worn out,as well it was out of balance and pitch,we thinned the blades, added cupping ,Balanced to perfection and Mirror polished the prop to a High Luster Finish!

Default Question for Houston Prop

How often does labbing not result in any gain in top end speed? How often do you have to rework more than once to get desired outcome? I have a 32ft Sunsation with 2-550HP motors and was running 87-90mph (GPS) with stock 32P Bravo I's. I had them labbed, not by you, and am now running 86-88mph. Prop shop agreed to try again but they do not seem to have any confidence there is much they can do to improve.
