That carrier/flange/bearing/plate assembly-- does it have about 1" of visible shaft to mount a strain guage?

Yes. There's probably about 5" of visible shaft.

Thanks again. I'll have 'em back to you as soon as I can.
I don't use them with the blower.

Junkie,
Motor's in. I'll take a digital pic of it soon and post. Once CMI makes me the right set of tails. That should be in about 2 weeks Once I figure out where I can put the innercooler I'll have the blower hooked up and runnin', oh, after I move my seat so the belt doesn't hit it. (one thing after another)
