454 Mag MPI Speed
Special ordered a SeaRay 230 bowrider with 454 Mag MPI with Corsa -- no mods done so far. Dry weight is about 3800 lbs. Best run is 63mph on leeway side of Catalina Island in the Pacific. Would like to squeeze out some extra speed. If I do the following, what improvements can I expect?
1. Air cleaner
2. ECM to 5400 rpm
3. Exhaust manifold
4. Lab finish Mirage Plus 23" prop
Looking at about $2000 - $2500 for the above. Is this the "correct" order and most logical things to do with this amount of cash?

We did the air cleaner
fuel pressure regulator
reprogramed ECM at AZ Speed and Marine
We then added Imco exhaust
then had cupping added to the prop
The exhaust was 2000 the rest was 1300
picked up 4 mph on GPS...priceless
when too much is not enough, more is better and excessive is just right
