Ok.. so I sold that boat and the new boat is at different height, so I made this to slip into the floor jack to remount the drive.

Mr. Gadgets,
Could you please email me the pictures of your drive stand that you made. I am not able to look at them through the forum. My email is [email protected]

Regards,
Brian

Almost free.

This is the stand my 454 was on when it rolled off the trailer. Only the fuel filter mount bent but the stand was more than a bit off of level.

Also almost free but not as cool as some of the others on this thread. I notched a 4 x 4 for the skeg and put two bolts in from the bottom. It gets the drive up and down the basment stairs.

I use my 'cherry picker', one benefit of running the TRS drive. Merc was thoughtful enough to include a lift lug molded into the top cap. No paint scratching. I love my TRS.

P.S. Oh yeah, it goes into a custom stainless stand when in stationary mode.

I don't have pictures of mine now, but each stand will hold 3 drives or 1 complete & an upper & a lower. It will hold them upright or either unit upside down. It allows working on the drives easily. I built two of the stands on rollers. Each is 18"W x 30"L x 22" tall.... made from 2x4 scrap....& scrap bunk carpet. I can store six drives or six sections of drives in a 5 foot space and are easily moveable. Easy to make & strong!!
