Default 00 hp 500 valve springs

i have a 32 thunder w/ twin 500 hps 260hours springs never ben done is it nessacairy on the 2000 models.

Even with the best valve springs on the market you should replace them after that many hours. That 500 HP has a high lift camshaft (.576/.598) that is hard on valve springs, roller lifters and valve seats (particularly if you idle the engine a lot).
