Do you think drilling out the throttle blade several sizes could be contributing to the problem?

Any progress?

I spoke with Tyler today, he has just returned to work after christmas and new years holidays. I'll be taking my boat to his shop when the weather warms up. Hopefully around April. Tyler believes he can make the adjustments needed easily enough. He didn't go into specifics, he just told me to write down all the problems so I don't forget!
