Default Water pressure while flushing engine

I bought the clymer manual and it says to use low water pressure while flushing engine. What does the factory manual say?

You need LOTS of flow. I just hook up what ever hose I have and run it and keep my eye on the temp.

I worry about getting enough water, so I only run them one at a time on the hose.
