We use the Eastwood blue powder coat a lot. It does not match the Merc blue. However, You could experiment and probably get close by trying different base coats and thicknesses. You can vary the shade a lot by the amount of powder you apply.

Forget the Eastwood powder it's overpriced. Try: http://www.columbiacoatings.com I buy all my powder from them. it's good quality, and I've never had a problem with it. Priced good too, probably about half of what Eastwood charges, and you can buy any quantity. I believe they will work with you to match the color you need. They've also got great tech support.
