You guys, I quit a year ago last Nov. NicodermCQ patches and keep lots of toothpicks and gum in your pocket. Get a jones, chew gum or a pick. You can do it if I did, I smoked 2 1/2 to 3 packs a day for 25 years. Don't follow the instructions on the box, they tell you to get off the patch too fast. My pharmacist told me that. Ask yours. You CAN do it.

My doctor says the people who say they gain all this weight because they quit smoking is bull,and I agree its not quiting that makes you gain weight it's what you put in your mouth.
