Default rinker w/v6 help with dry exhaust

I have a rinker 186 captiva with a 4.3 mercruiser and they don't make a dry exhaust kit for it and i can pick up electronic exhaust flappers for about 250.00. With the hull design it also has t be side exit can anyone help with on ideas on how to build my own system and will it soun dterrible on a v6

Run it out the side just like Rinker does. You can cap the y pipe or and silent choice. I heard a V6 at a local lake and it sound fine. This still will be wet exhaust.

you wont gain any power by going to thru hull exhaust on a v6 and they do sound kind of funny. so if your looking for more power this is a waste of money.

A friend of mine has a 209 Captiva with a 406 sbc with Silent choice out the side. No difference in speed open or closed. As for sound , another local has a 4.3 Captiva with side exhaust and it's like the V6 Camaros and Firebirds compared to a V8 or a Jap crotch rocket compared to a Harley...It just lacks something(like 2 cylinders)This was doing 70 mph
