I run Optima blue top. But, my company manufactures Optima batteries, so I get them at a BIG discount. $65 to my delivered to my door!!! You cant' beat that. And the blue top fits into aluminum battery box just fine.

I used Die Hards for years but have found the Interstate to have better life and also are available in larger current capacity. I run six Interstates and have all the power I want for extended overnighters.

I believe the key to long life is a good charging system and clean wiring. Regular maintenance and care gives me added performance and durability. I carry a lot of weight around but I use an invertor frequently and that's the ultimate test for batteries.

I use Autozone batteries. They have a two year warranty and there is always one close 7 days a week. If I have one die and I am out of town they replace them with no questions asked.

I have a 2000 32ft Fountain Fever, thinking about the Optima Blue Top. I'm looking at the D31M Battery, do you know if they will fit in the stock battery holders/tie downs?

I have run the same 2 Optima red tops for 4 years. Single 502MPI. 400W Kenwood amp 4 sets of seperates, and a singlw 12" sub. Regular batteries were gone in a half hour. Optimas keep playing.

Stay away from Delco. I've had 3 AC Delco batteries that died in under a year. Two in the car and one in the boat.
