Question,
Some of the parts I ordered said there is a minimum order #, such as o-rings. I needed 2, said min. is 5. I changed the default from 5 to 2 in the quantity box and it accepted it all the way through the order. SO will I get 2 or 5? And will there be an adjustment on my bill?

I had a similar situation when I tried to order Merc Fuel Stabilizer. The min quantity is a case of 12, but it prices it out by the bottle (so I did not know the min quantity was 12). When I ordered 4, I actually got a call from George telling me about the min, so I canceled that part of the order. If you don't get a call, you may get the right quantity.

Merc does package many items in multiples, as dealers we can only order in those multiples. As we keep most of this stuff on the shelf we sell in any quantity you want.

The answer is yes, at least as far as the bitter part goes. I've dealt with Geo and Marc at BAM and there is no comparison. I wouldn't buy a lawn mower part from Geo. and I don't care how cheap it is. Marc stands behind his sales with excellent value added advise and a nice demeanor. Thats all I have to say about that...

Ric,

Yep, I got the same call today from George. He said they are a supplier and not a dealer, so they sell alot of the parts only buy the bulk. I don't need a case of gear lube or extras of the other parts, so I just cancelled the whole order. Didn't see no since in ordering from 2 places.
BTW, he seemed very friendly.

I've saved a fortune with him buying the "hard" parts, like water circulating pumps.
