Thunderbolt IV HP question

Does anyone know the total advance and at what rpm a Thunderbolt IV HP is? I know they usually say right on them what it is but mine just says HP. Thanks

Merc's pt # should be there somewhere and I suspect that it is a 17316 A1. If so, that module has a 20 deg. advance. It starts to advance above 1500 and is full in at 3000. --- Jer

Just looked at mine and I too have the V8-HP module. These were for 420hp 454s I believe. They have less advance than others , so you have more initial timing for a smoother idle. And like JP said the curve doesn't start till 1500 , while the others begin as early as 800. I switched to these last season trying to cure an idle problem.
