That would be any lexan.

Call an industrial plastic supply house from the yellow pages. What you want is easily found local.

Check out starboard. I dont know if its bendable though.

Lexan is G.E's Version of polycarbonate resin. Check out this place I have bought from them in the past.

Polycarbonate can be formed at low temperature 350F-400F ,but if you get it too hot it will bubble.
