Need fittings and pipe to finish exhaust
#1
I have a set of CMI long tube headers that were taken off those military pursuit boats. I had them pressure tested to 50psi and luckily there are no leaks. The problem is that they are about 4" or more taller than my old exhaust. I need some 4" stainless tubing to make the fittings so they will line up with the transom. But I also need to get a flange to connect to the header and the cooling line. Anyone know where I could get these fittings. I can cut them and have a buddy of mine tig them for me. But my biggest problem is making a removable flange at the header. maybe if I seen what they look like it would not be a problem. also I don't need polished stainless, the headers are a satin finish.

For the fittings you are looking to join the 4" tubing try looking at the Kwik Clamp fittings at http://www.jensenfittings.com
I would reccomend the teflon gaskets and the low budget clamps that resemble a hose clamp.
