Does any one know if you buy the whipple supercharger kit if you have to send your stock ECU in to whipple to recalibrate or if they give a whole new ECU.

Yep, you send it in. I installed one on a friends boat last year and we had to send in the ecu. The good news is, when it was together, it ran great and we didn't have to mess around with it because it was right on.
