Carbed HP500 Cam and valve spring specs
I usually don't get a chance to read the tech section very often, so please excuse me if this has been asked before.
Does anyone know the cam specs and part number of the 1998 Mercury Racing HP500 carb motor?? How about the valve spring sepcs and part numbers? Is there now a better replacement spring for the HP500? Thanks !!! |
Check this out.
http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...threadid=73706 Regarding the springs, I would definitly go with Isky. |
I have two sets of Comp 961 springs as recommended by Teague that I am not going to use. New Teague price less 25%. Also am selling retainers, locks and seals, all new from Teague.
