New Carb

Just installed a new Holley Vac secondary 750 on my 454 peanut port. I want to check jetting on the leanest cylinder. Which one is usually the leanest?

It came with 72's and 79's with a 6.5 power valve. Guess we'll find out this weekend. It's supposed to be in the 80's.
