Default Holley 3310-S

I just got a Holley 3310S 750 carb with a vacuum metering block for the secondaries instead of jets. I am going to put it on my 350 SBC which previously had an Edelbrock 750 which ran well (not over carbed). Anyone have any negetive experiences with the metering block?

is that a marine carb? it doent sound like it if thats the part# from the air horn. a holley will run richer than the edelbrock you will have to play with the jets to set it up right. I really think its to big better off with a holley 650

I though the meter block carbs were emissions legal auto carbs. If so, you're better off with a marine carb.
