Prop Hub Change Out?

Prop Hub Change Out?
I have three props with the solid hub for a standard Bravo shaft. Rather than sell them and buy the same for my XZ drive, can a prop shop remove these and install larger hubs for the larger shaft?
If not, I am looking for a 29P Mirage Plus for an insert
and a 28P Bravo for insert.
