blower/supercharger may cause addiction...

man what is this?!?!, i have been modifiying all types of engines for a long time, because of its sizes and weight i never considered blower until now.
by somehow i found a 8-71 at the end of last year and build an engine to my boat but however my firend saw and insisted to much to buy the engine from me. last week we installed the engine to his car and its running now,
its like day and night.....
i have lost hundreds actually thousands of hours ,
thousand of $'s on my previous hi-perf life.
there are two me now; before charged and after charged...
despite its agressive looking , i have never received this much clean, easy power..
but its too late my engine is gone;
i will build a 600+ cu in blown engine as soon as i organise my time and business.
i remember my old tuning ideas , with a grinder in my hand , trying to port polish, xtremely rough idles,always knocking problem....
my advice; i am not an authority but with my experience in my small world : dont loose time with athmosperic modifications, charging is the one and only solution to be fast

will use blower for all my future engines...

other then power gains:
you should see me here in istanbul, this engine is installed on a car, i am cruising with 15-20 cars around me, people follow me for long distances (attention is much much more then a diablo or testarossa)
when i arrived home there were like 5-6 cars still following,i parked. after half an hour door keeper came and asked me to take the car somewhere else or put a tent on it lots of strangers in the park area ,they dont leave and neigbours cant park,finally i took the car to friend house

Having a blower sticking out of the hood of a car causes looks no matter where you are Timucin... even here in Southern California...where "car culture" was born... Blowers on custom cars say " I'm fast... don't even think of racing me".....
