525 SC Spec
I am looking for some specs on my 525 SC's.
Does anyone know, or can they point me in the right direction for:
What should the timing be? (34 deg?)
What type of plugs (AC MR41T?)
What type of oil, synthetic/regular?
What oil filter, PH-35?
I heard there is oil for the blower shout, what is it?
I heard there is oil for the water/fuel pump set up?
Thanks for your help.
Scott

Merc HP Service Manual Number 3
PN 90-848294
The number will be suffixed with a three or four digit date of printing.
It's worth the money (~$50) if you want to know the details of your particular engine. Without this manual, I would have never known you needed to check the lube in two places on the blower.

Thanks.
I know there is a lot I don't know (?)!
I had the manual for my 454 mags and found it to be useful.
I'll check into this as it would be a valuable asset to my library.
