Default 30 or 32's

I would try them both if you can ,then make your decision, you may want to stick with the 30's and add 1' pitch to them ,and a touch of cupping ,this will keep they midrange acceleration very fast.let me know if we can help or lab a pair for you.Darin

rssteiny,

The Hp 500's Rev Limiter should be at 5300. Have you had the Rev Limiter upped?

Because of our extensive experience with the HP 500, in offshore racing, the max HP is at 5250, just prior to hitting the Rev. This is were you would prop the boat for max top end.

The 32P props should run at about 5100 RPM assuming the 30P's are true and your tach is accurate.

If the RPM is a bit low with the 32P reducing the cup will adjust the RPM. Essentially dialing the prop in. Additional cup may not necessarily be the adjustment you need.

Feel free to call me any time.

Julie

I would say lets try adding some cup to the 30's keeping them thick -/re-balance the props and satin finsh,I bet this would work great and you will have some excellent durable props.

80.00 each plus shipping>let us know if we can help,Darin

the 32's will drop 400 rpm possibly more.
