Anyone got a spare block laying around that will clean up to .030 that's a drivable distance from VA?
Too many hobbies and not enough time

Don't you have a spare BBC lying around that would love to be put into service?

I have considered many things. This motor started out as a braket motor, and an awesome one at that. 6.50's/10.50s in a 3100# street/bracket car. Fun to drive street or track (best of a 1.41 60ft time on a 30/13.5 DOT w/o N2O) It is deadly consistant and somewhat low maintance. It's no stranger to nitrous either. I love to "Hose it down" after a bracket race on a time run. Then came this 6.0 "street car" index class at our local tracks. Really fun class with races only once a month. The two biggest kickers are, a maximum of a 28.5/12.5 DOT tire, and no throttle stops. That's where the nitrous comes in. I have 2 Top Gun plates, leave on one, then about 100 ft out, it turns off and the second one comes on, which is jetted higher. So basicly, I took what I had and stepped on it a bit to run this class. With the next points race next Fri, I just want to get it back together and I hink this is the quickest way. I think the wp failure is what caused the cracks, or most of them anyway. I do have my sights set on better things, but lack the time to get it in place.
