Mcollinstn, thats something i hadn't really thought of,maybe i'll put my 3.70 dia pulley on (take off 3.85) and try 32 pitch prop. I had previously tried 3.70 w/race gas and same 30 pitch and only gained .3 mph but i'm also sure it wasn't breathing enough and was past power band(picked up boost to 11 psi or so and turned 5700 instead of 5600 w/30 pitch). I had tried 32 pitch last summer w 3.85 pulley but boat was real pig, didn't make much over 7 psi boost, took forever to get to 80-81 mph, would barely go 5000 rpm's give or take 100 (it was a year ago). If i try it,i'll post the results and i'll try to have some restraint,Smitty

Kanookstr: Did you have to use the fuel rail spacers? We are doing a 1996 and they sent the rail spacers because the injectors are supposed to be higher. But the stock injectors we took off had a plastic ring on top of the body of the injector, below the O-ring, that made them the same height as the new 50 lb injectors. AZS&M says we will still need the spacers but I don't see why.
