yes it will. Call Paul and let him know that you have Mayfair steering though. It hooks up a little different.
I have two of them in my garage with the extended adjustable tips. They won't work on my Imco steering.

When you install it, make sure you're out a little further than the template indicates. Mine caused bad cavitation, so I had to remove it.

take a pic and email it to Paul. He will make it fit

Get the ones with the set screws, adjust for no cavitation and once they work put stainless pull pins in there. that is the best set up.
