Well looking at installing some snuffler's to keep the noise down around the docks and marina. Local LE are starting to enforce noise laws in around the docks. I run switchable mufflers but they will not meet noise requirements so here come the snuffler's.

Question. How far do you guys run the tips under the water when you install them? These will be Stainless and probably fixed or not removable. Plan to run them until someone has muffler for a blown application that will meet new noise laws coming in January 05. Looks like they will start enforcing the noise laws now.
