I am in the finally rigging process and 1 1/2 month form being a trailer queen ( my definition is you have to miss one complete boating season to qualify)
I am running the cooling water and my problem is going from the power steering cooler to the crossover if I go the direct route the hose rubs on the alterator belt if I had a hose with two 90 in it I would clear the belt
The stock hose has one 90 but if I bend the other 90 into it it will colapse I was thinking of having a plumber bend a piece of copper pipe to go into the hose to prevent this.
I am oepn for suggestion including picture to see how any one else has there routed

klaw.
I have had this problem in the past. Now here on Guam we have to sometimes make due in a weird way.
This problem was keeping me away from the water, So my Temporary fix was at Napa Auto Parts, I bought a radiator hose repair kit Part # 732-1200 for $5.00. Basically three different size nipples
I had two hoses. I cut the hose and put the nipple in, this allowed the hose to be rotated Any direction! this temporary fix has been on now for 400 hours for lack of a better solution!

I made my own rubber hose up. I used sections of stock hose with different bends to it. I cut out the bends that I wanted and then used some stainless tube to connect them. McMaster carries shrink bands that make the joint almost transparent.
