Question Closed Cooling

OK guys, I have asked this a few times only to see the threads die.

Any body know of a straight forward closed cooling system with sanitary rigging?

It is just a heat exchanger correct? Could you not use something like the big teague oil cooler but run your engine coolant through the oil pasages?

Ideas?

seakamp (econo-cool)remote mount you can put the exchanger just about anywhere in the boat.I got the full system with the big 5"x24"exchanger but modified the thermosat housing for 1/2 system.as far as sanitary you could tuck the exchanger down low on the side and use braided hose or bend some soft copper and paint it on the raw water side(1.25")and use that (be-cool)flex tubing/polished stainless radiator hose on the closed side. my engines still look like engines but the t.stat housing looks odd i think i'll go to a regular t.stat housing(car)with a bypass spacer underneath
big pain in the ass but looks cool even with black rubber hose.short dough as well

Dirty

Look at resevoir on the viper motors in the 40' Hallett in the latest Powerboat mag. Stainless box with cap. Looks simple enough.
