Tom,what i meant about the 45 and 180 bend was there was a differential of 1.5 lbs from pressure reading at tube after first 45 coming off blower to outlet of innercooler compared to previous test with a drop of 1-1.25 acrossed innercooler measured at inlet and outlet (although previous test was at slightly higher boost levels).The 180 and 45 only seemed to add .25 lbs more drop. During first test the drop acrosed innercooler measured at inlet and outlet varied between 1.25 and 1 psi on different runs (I don't know why). I was expecting to see a bigger press drop when taking readings from tube after 45 to outlet of innercooler. If I get one more nice wknd before weather gets too cold i may gut screen out of procharger adapter and see what it does to manifold pressure. I would think it would increase boost seen at intake manifold and possibly increase pressure drop/differential acrossed innercooler because pressure wouldn't be restricted as much resulting in air not able to get through throttle block,Smitty
