If you mean those in the link tomas posted in the first post,
I'm pretty sure they are GIL.
I had water injected GIL's on my ski boat back in the early -90's,
and they looked exactly the same.

If you mean my new water jacked headers, they are Bassett.

Nice to see that Sweden rules - for once... :p

I don't know of what brand the headers are, all I know is that they are for BB and used to be on a skiboat.

Is it impossible to use watersprayed headers in a enclosed engine compartment? Not even if I use higher waterpressure etc to the connections.

I assume that the problem is the high temperature?!

I bought them from a guy in Stockholm

Thanks,

Tomas

I'm still considering the gold/platinum memberships, and I hate not to be able to open pics...

Can you email them to me too?!

How much did you pay for the Bassetts?

Perhaps someone know where I can find a set of water jacket headers, most preferably used ones...

It is not just the heat that is a problem. Water injected headers have a weep hole at the bottom of the bend by each exhaust port. This is an ignition source for any fumes in the engine compartment.
Your life and the life of others on board and around you is NOT worth a cheap set of headers.

Water injected headers should be used with a valve that cuts off the water flow below 1500-2000 rpm.
If you remove that valve and add water pressure you will get reversion on the first firing of the engine and destroy your engine in the first few minutes.

Jonas.
