Distance between headers
 

Does anyone know the CC-distance with these headers (between the 4" pipes) on a chevy 454?

I just bought similar ones and need to know if they fit in my boat... :rolleyes:

Tomas, I don't know what kind of boat you have but if you have enclosed engine compartment,
DON'T EVEN THINK OF USING THESE HEADERS!!! These are drag boat headers only.

There is a big difference between water injected and water jacked headers.

Water INJECTED headers (like the one on your picture) are the cheaper ones used on ski-boats, with water sprayed in to the primary tubes.
Should never be used in enclosed engine compartments.

Water JACKED headers have inner and outer tubes and the water flowing between the tubes.
These headers don't get hotter than cast manifolds.

Hi seabeach, You must be Torbjörn Sjöstrand from Kalmar.
You said you bought your headers from Jesper.

Hi,
No, I asked if Tomas bought his headers from Jesper, I knew that Jesper had 2 pairs for sale. I looked at them last time I visited Jesper, they looked great but I could not manage them. Very close to Kalmar..... Karlskrona.

What brand and model are your headers Tomas?
