We have run Randy's motors for years. Have a pair of 1100 hp motors in our 38' Cigarette, a pair of 1200 hp motors in our 46' Cigarette, a pair of natural 750's in our 38' Donzi ZR, numerous customers of ours have them in there boats as well. We have a customer now with a pair of 1100 hp motors with PSI blowers on them and they all run very well. Our Cigarette's are running 16-71's.
We had a cylinder head problem a year or so ago, called Randy told him what we found he said send it back. A few days later got a new head and all the gaskets to do the job. Every engine builder has problems sometime somewhere. It isn't a perfect world. Some engine builders have told people to send it back we'll fix it, then you go to pick it up and there's a $15,000 bill waiting for you and the engine only has 4 hours on it.
If you need to talk more about Randy or any other engine builders, feel free to call me at the shop.

Cobra power has built motors for a long time. A business does not survive ripping off the customers that buy the products that they sell, simple business 101. I bought a Jaguar cat from Randy at Cobra with Cobra 900's and he stood behind his work and did everything that he stated he would. That is pretty much all you can ask from a business. Hope this helps. Doug
