Default Latham Steering - Imco Rams ?

Do Imco steering rams work with Latham steering ?
I need new rams for my Latham steering. Did anybody try Imco rams with Latham steering - does this work without major modifications ?

Most of the rams on the market today are about the same. Latham uses their own knuckles, and clevis pin's. Their are some small differences in that area.
