What type of H.P. gain s can you expect and at what cost?

You need to be more specific as to what particular head and what specification on the motor. This is a job that should be left to the expert cylinder head shops and I know there are some good ones right here on OSO who have more knowledge than you need. You would not fill your own cavities or do your own surgery! Be wise, use an expert.
