My 88's didnt but I modifed the arms so I could use the pads. Just a hole and a v-notch and good to go. I thought they all had them too. Did they stop putting them on?

The Problem Is When The Swivel Shaft U-bolt Stretches And The Swivel Shaft Starts Rocking Around, The Plastic Pads Break And The Drives Wears Into The Gimbel. Thats Why U Have To Fix The Swivel Shaft Area Or The Problem Only Gets Worse!!
