You're in the ball park, last I heard the conversion was "somewhere" around $7000.00 from T-N-T.

It is an issue of drag on the gears.... the wet sump requires more effort to spin in the oil than a dry sump. As for the conversion, Collabella Performance does them for about $5000 per side. Craig knows his stuff!!! 407-498-0094
