Hey Rob- my Slingshot has the factory option mirrors (hatch and sides of engine compartment). As I recall, the hatch mirror is
about 1/4" thick and is obviously curved. The factory used what look like 1" OD mirror mounts under the mounting screws. For what it's worth.... Lou

My hatch is bowed as well. The effect is minimal, just look at my earlier post. I used RTV clear silicone from the glass shop to hold the center up and it worked out great. No distortion from screw holes. You must however take the hatch off and allow the silicone to dry a couple days before you mount it.

Rob- On second thought, with those huffers what you need on the under side of the hatch is that tinted stuff used for welding goggles! Just kidding. They definitely will dress up your engine compartment in addition to putting a smile on your face when you lay on it. Speaking of 'laying on it', I just spent an hour 'laying' on my snow shovel. March 1??? Lou
