Can anyone recommend a good marine mechanic to install a set of blowers on 311 formula w/502's near CHARLOTTE, NC??

I would PM or email "Too Old" (board member here on OSO who owns "Trick Marine") he lives down there by you, and can probably give you some straight advice on who could do the job correctly for you.
