I have Good Year Marathon Radials too. I switched from Carlyl Bias Ply's. I not sure if I really notice a difference in ride or not. The Marathons are wearing much better though. The Carlyls wore very unevenly.

I had carlysle tires come apart at 2,000 miles. I think they are the cheapest thing out there. I have 245/ 75 R16 radials now. Haven't had a problem on the last 2 trailers. (Other than someone wrecking, then stealing my last trailer )

Seems like everyone agrees!!! Tried the others on 12K lb load and they blew apart... One more vote for Marathon by Goodyear...
