I just bought the trim switch that fits inside the handle for $15 from Kendor Marine 5713 W Ryan Road, Franklin, WI 53132 | Phone: (414)-421-4370, but it says Formula on it, if it is going on a Fountain you could black out the formula writing. cant post a pic but PM me if you want me to send you a picture.
I am having my sticks chromed so just figured for $15 might as well replace it while it is apart.

What is the best way to remove the center piece on a KIEKHAEFER throttle? [IMG][/IMG]

Not sure of the best way, I damaged mine seperating them but I already had the new ones in hand. They have two plastic poles male and female that interlock them together. Not real sure if it can be done without damaging them.

How did you go about separating yours? Did you press them out or use a pick and pry them out?
